For next year’s biking products binge, to celebrate my rebirth as a fully fledged 17-year-old biker, I’m looking at getting some decent leathers, but for a good price. I got reccomended Arc-On leathers, and I’ll say, they look mighty pretty, and are cheap too.
The 2-piece race suit costs £275, and comes with Knox armour in the shoulders, back and elbows, with a half-hump. There’s a Stealth version that costs £50 more, which has a pretty similar spec, but a different design and layout.
Anyone used any/have any opinions/know of any reviews, or any decent yet cheap alternative 2-piece leather suits?
Make sure you mention us when you talk to Ian mate. It is genuinely good gear, I’d say about the same quality as a £600 two piece but since he doesn’t have a shop etc it can be sold a lot cheaper. A proper bargain honestly - Knox won’t put their armour in crap kit.
Otherwise I’d pay a visit to your local Hein Gericke store but sign up to www.4theride.co.uk for a discount coupon on leather suites. Their gear is always good esp when on a budget.
