I have a feeling I’m going to need a solicitor - can anyone recommend one that specialises in bike stuff, preferrably London based and perhaps even not too expensive?
I’ve received a letter from the police requesting name and address, relating to supposedly failing to stop after an accident.
a mate was helped by white daltons with an accident claim number in bike mags, there are normally a lot of bike specialists in the mcn, good luck
Prosecutions for failing to stop, can be quite hard to prove if there was in fact no impact between vehicles. I can probably help or point you in right direction. Do you wanna PM me the details.
