Well my Autocom Super Pro Automatic and all it’s add ons turned up today, thanks neighbour for accepting the parcel.
Now all I have got to do is;
1: Work out how to fit the bugger
and
2: See if I can cut and join some of the leads as I want to mount the CB, iPod and phone inside the lid of the top box but want to be able to unplug them if I need to take the top box off.
Any links anyone??
I always leave a note on the door " Please leave parcels at neighbours house" my neighbour is a swedish bird…Fit as **** she is…answers the door in nothing but a thong…Eureka ka ka ka ka ka ka
My neighbour is a 50 year old Glaswegian who like his fry ups. Can’t understand a word he’s saying and he causes an eclipse every time he ventures out
Loads of stuff out there on the interweb thingy about fitting Autocom’s.
As far as making them Q.D. I’d have thought some multi pin plugs/sockets from Maplins would be the solution.
Hmm. might need to buy a crimping tool to suit as well, unless you are a dab hand with the fine soldering iron.
OK on the look out for a decent crimping tool…anyone.
My soldering is like my welding, functional but fecking ugly
