Ah Ponche Diva, very similar to Ponche Crema both from the West Indies.
Its a great drink one of my favourites!
As with most liquers, its best to be drunk straight, especially as its main ingredients are milk, eggs, sugar and rum, if you try to mix it with anything, it may curdle the milk.
If you find it a bit too sweet, you can mix it with more milk, but this would also dilute the alcohol as well, making it a bit weak.
Looking at this link, it seems to be lumped in the same group as Amarula, dooleys and Baileys - So use what ever you would with them… So milk or over ice then? - Perhaps make Smoothies with ice cream - As recomended by the missus!
Also - Worth checking out Mozart chocolate liqure - The white one especially!
