Anyone got a Chain splitter / Riviter?

As the subject suggests, ive got to that point of needing new chain and spockets, the current ones looking like broken elastic its started sagging so much… Ive even run out of adjustment on the swingarm!:w00t:

Ive found a good deal on X ring chain ans sprockets, but whilst ive no doubts i can fit it, i dont have the chain riviter to remove the old chain or make the new chain!

Just a quick question to see if anyone has one lying around I can borrow for a few days/ week rather than dropping £40 on something im unlikely to use again in the next few years!

where are you based ? Ive got one but im NORTH of london

Im in the South East (Bromley), but work in the city, so can easily head the wrong way home one evening or meet you somewhere in the middle if its convenient?:slight_smile:

I’m gonna be buying one this week - just for speed more than anything .

Usually make do with an angle grinder, G clamp and two 5mm sockets and two hammers :slight_smile:

I’ve got at least two chains to do in the next couple of weeks, so gonna treat myself
