hi mate, while you are waiting for a proper answer, this situation has happened to a couple of mates of mine and the outcome was that the ex-misses moving cant be prevented and you are still entitled to have the kids as per the arrangement. how they get to you and back? you have to sort that with the ex, thats the hard bit, if for instance she wont meet you half way.

a friend of mine has a similar situation, his ex wanted to move to blackpool from kent. basically it was decided that as the boys family, friends and school were in kent they let him decide, (he is about 9 or ten) and he opted to stay with dad in kent.
