That is really sad. I love the sixties, the whole decade always seems so fresh and young, and seeing all these people shuffling off the mortal coil makes me feel sad. . . :crying:

Very sad, I heard yesterday and spent part of the evening trying to find all my Floyd CD’s . . . some are still unaccounted for, lost in service . . .
Very sad.
I never even realised he was ill, never seen it reported anywhere.
A bit close to home in some ways, RIP.
I`m a Flyod fan and he will be missed.

I was at school with two of his kids, they were a couple of years below me so didn’t get to know them well but they seemed nice. That was quite a few years ago now; they would be in their late 30s by now. Never met Rick but I did see him around a couple of times.
