As you all know I had an accident 6 months ago, as of yesterday…well today I managed to move my arm under its own steam, using the bicep. It was in the pool but its the first time I have been able to do it so I am really chuffed…

Good positve mental attitude, keep it up. When I crushed my shouder in a bike crash aged 17 I was told I would never have full use of my left arm again. A year later I went through 3 months basic training in the army with no undue effects. Positive attitude and good excersise is the best thing. Oh, listen to your physio.
