Recently came across an Akrapovic second hand can from a gixer 600 K1, it has 4 mounting bolts at the end.
Is there a link pipe, or other way, of letting me use this on a Bandit 600 ?

It will require a bit of mucking about. Not sure it would be worth it for what it could cost?
Right, I’ve managed to get hold of an adapter to convert the 4 bolt interface to a standard slip on… so all I need now is a link pipe… anyone know where I can get one fairly cheap ?

what size? They are usually about 2"?

i assume it will will the aky pipe. if it does, how does £40 sound?
The end of the adaptor is slightly over 2" - the guy I got it from says any standard link pipe should do the job (he had a standard link pipe on his Bandit, used to have an Apro can on it with the adaptor, now got a blue flame can on it)
Slight change of plan - the akra can was too long (longer than the original zuki one !) so I have ordered one from this guy on fleabay - these cans are small and have good reviews:

Just be careful, now that you are changing the exhaust you will need to re-set the carbs. They run lean from the factory and now that it will breathe better, you will be running leaner. Just a word from the wise.
Isn’t that less necessary with just the slip ons ? The ad reckons that no rejetting is required ?
