Sorry to be so forceful but they are evil, conniving, rip-off merchants who offered to sell me a bike, then when I went to pay they gave me a totally different bike with 4000 more miles on the clock and when I said no I want the one you offered me, they offered to clock it and remove the 4000 instead of of give me the original.
I repeat…DO NOT GO TO About Town in Wandsworth.
They normally hire out 125’s to people who’ve done their CBT and want to practise before taking their DAS. So all the bikes they have have been thrashed hard by brand new, but inexperienced riders and they are desperate to shift them cos they lose so much value.
AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I actually had problems with About Town and renting a 125 to run around on. They were so unhelpful I just hung up the phone on them mid conversation. Then I went to raceways rental, completely different service 
If she wants a 125 for just a short while she should get a Suzuki EN125. Healthy little runners and way cheaper than cbr 125s

Check out Clerkenwell Motorcycle & Scooter Center, Clerkenwell Rd., they have lots of smaller second hand bikes / scooters and are sound, fair and honest people to boot.
I’d second Clerkenwell Bikes, Ollie the owner is a top bloke, had my scooter serviced there loads, REALLY quick turn around too!
