Hi all I have a k8 gsxr 1000 and im thinking of changing it to a KTM RC8R any one rode one ?? any thoughts please :slight_smile:

quite nice to ride once you have got them set up for the road - ive never tried one on track - but very very very expensive to run and repair…! sound awesome, look great too…

can ask Mel, too, as she has one (M-Daytona on here).

I think you would be very disappointed with the KTM compared to the GSXR. I have rode a couple of the RC8’s and although they are very good bikes they certanly don’t match the GSXR for every day use. They feel very week and down on power after riding the GSXR. :slight_smile:

I’d try an 1198 first.
