Would you like to be one of the first to ride this heart stopping zip wire? Zip World has just opened in North Wales and we are planning a trip up on Friday 26th April, doing the Zip Wire (read full web-site for details) on Saturday 27th and riding home on Sunday 28th April. We can leave at 6pm on the Friday evening with a small group so you don’t have to lose a days work.

Got to limit it to 8 people as B&Bs will have to be booked, we will try and get everyone into one B&B but if not possible we will have to be split.

The cost of the Zip Experience is £50 per person - I will need this money straight away as I will do a block booking. The cost of B&B and food etc will be separate, I will let you know if and what I’ve managed to find later.

Booked both of our friends self catering barns a cost of £57.50 each for the whole weekend! You all get your own room now.

Did anyone else see the documentary on the bloke that owned the mine and tried to get this off the ground , killed himself in his helicopter in the end.

Unfortunately I can’t really commit to anything this far ahead, but if it’s gonna be possible I’ll join you, watched a tv report about this just a couple of days ago and looks very interesting! Also haven’t been to Wales yet so two birds…

It opened 23rd March but due to the snow it can’t run at the mo. By the end of April it should be fine and they are taking bookings. :slight_smile:

We could look at a different date but have a pretty full calender this year. We could head up on the Friday night after work if that saves people taking the day off. :slight_smile:

I’d be happy with a Fri night ride and I’ll come back on the Sat - long way to ride only to face my fear of heights but we only live once!! :slight_smile:

I’m up for this, just hope that there is a support of sorts for my ballast :w00t:, as I don’t think I could hold on that long!!!

Not a fan of heights, but always wanted to do a zip wire!!! :smiley:

I can’t wait, it looks fantastic!!! Plus Mark reckons I’ll never do it as I’ve never ever liked any theme park rides, but this is different, it’s a straight line and I don’t mind heights. :w00t:
