Stealing, interfering with or simple delaying Royal Mail post is seen to be a very serious offence. Folk are being given custodial sentences weekly for just that.

Yer what I meant by that is they were not interested in testing my bike even though it was recovered I had to force them to do it.

my point being, if they are not willing to check the bikes, they aren’t going to catch anyone.

When mine was recovered I just got a call from two uniformed PCs to tell me to come and get it from the random location it was parked. No interest from their side in swabbing it.
