Tramadol is some evil shite it does the job but just make sure that when the time comes to get off it you do so gradually! I went cold turkey straight off a high dose and it nearly did me in! Oh and don’t mention the word ‘tramadol’ to Kevsta! 
i’ve used tramadol once before and never found it that effective… but i only took 1 or 2 doses

I’m on 300mg a day+240mg codeine+4000mg paracetamol…
just took some and don’t get it at all… still very lucid and still painful.
but then again I am a pretty big guy…
Can’t remember what dose I was on but it was for surgery on a smashed collarbone/insertion of metal plate, completely knocked me out tho, I used to take them and crash out for the whole day! And I’m a touch bigger than you!!
yeah you are… just took a little nap but still normalish…
size is irrelevant (oooeerrrr! :hehe:) it all depends on how your body reacts with substances.
i’m very sensitive with anything so that would put me in a coma for sure
