Hey guys, this is one of the things on my list of things I need to purchase. I am going to give them a ring but before I do wondered if there was anyone else that wanted one to see if we can get a bulk discount. Is there already a LB discount that I don’t know about possibly?

I’ve spoken to them this morning and it is possible to arrange a discount. They will get back to me this afternoon on what they can do. They will give a breakdown if we buy 3,5,10 etc etc. Also the way to get the biggest discount if it’s sent to one address and one person pays for the lot in full.
Obviously if this would be the case then one person would need to collect the funds prior to placing the order and then distribute them out at a suitable location, BM or Ace etc. Otherwise we could get them posted to individual addresses but the discount would not be as great. I will find out what the difference will be and let you know and we can then decide on the best way to progress.
At the moment it’s just me that’s interested and maybe Pan. Obviously if I’m the only person going to buy then this whole thing will be fruitless.

If you want them delivered to separate addresses there will be an £8.50 delivery charge on each one.

Just make sure you dont do what i did and buy some frame plugs at the same time and end up having to take them out whenever i need the stand !

Raquib Give yourself a day out next Saturday and go to the BMF show in Peterborough. (It’s a decent day out anyway if the weather god is smiling.)
I’d be surprised if you can’t find better discounts than that from one of the retailers there, particularly if you buying 5 or so.
You don’t have to buy at the show, any decent retailer will give you the discount on any deal brokered at the show. If they won’t, they aint decent, so walk away.
As a bit of a rough guide on price, this sort of kit has a 50% mark up between wholesale and retail. That should give you a bit of a fix on what Abba are selling them to the dealers for and I’d be surprised if retailers are buying more than 10 at a time.

amazing bit of kit… BUT a bit of a wast of time unless you doing major mechanical work.
its tricky to get the bike on, easy to drop the bike. you need a diferent fitting kit for your next bike (although i have used the same kit on a few bikes its not as stable)
it looks ugly in photos 
a good paddock stand is a better option for most people
