Ratty mate - that’s really ultra annoying - and your mum too! I don’t know what to say mate. I’m sure she feels terrible about it - so don’t be too hard on her!

shando (no mum, no mum, no, not the legs, please!!!)

At least she admitted that it was her…she could have also said - Over there, I see him running - :stuck_out_tongue:

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! How bad is it?

Don’t be too hard on her, dude - she must feel terrible! :frowning:

smashed indicator, barr ends scuffed mirror scuffed, some paint work scratches, scuffed exhaust, bent rear brake lever…

it was just gutting to see it on its side, i worked bloody hard for that bike, spent a year avoiding any incidents…when most peopel gave me months before an off…

i know its a minor but today is not a good day for me anyway being my late fathers B-day.

dont worry i said sorry to mum for going off.

It’s horrible seeing your bike go down for the first time Ratty mate - we’d all like to keep them immaculate - but unless you only ride your bike on sunny saturdays to the local corner shop chances are sooner or later it’s gonna go down. I’ve dropped my SV a few times over the years - and to be honest I don’t notice the scratches as they don’t affect how the bike performs - and that’s what counts.

One thing I would recommend is fitting crash bungs (R&G) do good ones - they’ll protect the rad and engine casings if you have an off in the future.

I know your pissed mate but plastic and metal are repairable, at least it wasn’t an ‘off’.shando

I’m sure your mum feels bad about it - I’m assuming she’s going to stump up the money for a TL1000R as a replacement?

+1

Mine’s gone down once. Very low-speed U-turn in a tight road, fixate on dropped curb, clipped dropped curb, teeter-totter, whoops, turtle impression, crawl out from under bike, thank lucky stars no-one can see blushing inside a helmet. :pinch:

Crash bungs are made of win. :hehe:

Sorry to hear Ratster…At least you can ride it like you stole it now because it’s been Christened or (add your faith here) whatevered

Hope it can be fixed without too much financial pain.

sorry to read dude ;( let me know if I can help

Ouch, sorry fella!:pinch: You cant really beat-up on the perp either, can you?
