A4 Westbound Talgarth Road/West Cromwell Road at North End Road

Apologies if this isn’t new, I was out of London last week.

Heading to work in Slough this morning the junction of the A4 westbound at North End Road had fresh paint down across the crossing - markings for speed cameras. Clearly part of the new combined speed and traffic light cameras - boo!

Worth noting for any Made In Chelsea rideouts.

The Garmin shows the East bound one on the junction with the North End road (opposite the Famous 3 Kings) as a speed camera even though there haven’t been lines on the ground so I’ve always been cautious about that one. There are a few more going up and also there are new camera signs on the M4 West but I’ve not seen any new cameras there yet. Be warned all the East Bound ones on the A4 flash and people on here have been fined. If you are stuck in traffic heading West you see them go off all the time. I think the tall ones are digital so as good as email you the NIP. Keep them peeled.

There’s another opposite on the East bound side as well.

I can confirm both cameras are red light AND speed cameras

That entire stretch from the M4 to the Natural History museum in both directions is covered in digital cameras. It is not the place of heroics peeps, very easy to miss one.

Travelling East once you hit Hammersmith flyover it’s 30 all the way into town, no more 40s despite how wide the road is in places. Be careful, it can be deceptive.
