Airbus flew the A380 over Wichita last year (it’s too big to land at the local airport and the military base that COULD handle it said no)…a tip of the hat to the aerospace engineers here who helped design it. I rode out that morning to watch…pretty impressive.

factoid for you, my great uncle was a Vulcan pilot in the RAF and flew one of the planes that tested the engines for concorde

Well I miss concorde - I definately think we have gone from black cab to double decker bus on this one.
Since, I work in Brentford, we only had to step out of the warehouse. All the staff here saw it come in. Very quiet 
So will “Jumbo’s” still be called “Jumbo’s”?
my late uncle died last week helped design the wings for concord…very funny chap indeed i miss both of them
