Been using the bike for the past week with a very slow puncture ,been doing shift work so i didnt have time to sort it untill my day off .
Well … dug the tyre levers out got the tyre off the rim and found this !..and the valve core had also come away from the inner tube also, now my bike runs on spoked wheels and i was only having to put 5lb of pressure in the tyre each evening to get me too and from work .
looks like one of those "easy fit " bike tyres Halfords used to sell for pushbikes :P:P

you’d think it would lose lots more air pressure out of the spokes
that must be the reason your bike felt lumpy on your travels

Thats ok then … anyone want to buy a slightly used inner tube … half price .
bit of gaffa tape will have that as good as new!
I think thats what stopped it going down in the first place ! i used gaffa tape around the rim instead of the rubber rim tape .GOD BLESS GAFFA TAPE .
