Lets say i wanted to attach a ram skull to my handle bars, mounted above my light, would i have any problems with the law regarding this do you think?

Doubt you`ld have a problem as long as you removed its teeth.
We were OK with a reindeer skin saddle cover but did remove the head,antlers and legs to meet EU compliance laws.
do it and deal with the crap after.
