Ruined my chance of travelling on my bike to Spain last month I discovered today.
If you have a Power Commander on your bike and you have to disconnect the bike’s battery for whatever reason, always remember to reconnect the black ground wire from the Power Commander back to either the negative terminal of the battery, some other grounded terminal or the bike’s frame.
Otherwise, you’ll be left scratching your head, disconnecting your PC thinking it’s faulty, and almost buying a new one. 
Well at least I saved the cost of a new PCIII unit.
