Shall we do a card for John?
We could circulate it around BM and the Ace for everyone from the forum (and everyone else) to sign, then drop it off at King’s…

Good idea mate. Drop it into Borough Market and the Ace, I’m sure you won’t have any problems filling the card!
Perhaps a visit to him when he’s off the critical ward wouldn’t be a bad idea either. Obviously he’ll be needing all the support he can get at the moment, but so will his family. 
Sounds rubbish but no longer in London - could someone just put a note in the card wishing him best wishes from me and bumblebee please?

When it is possible, and if it was welcome, I’m sure he’d appreciate a visit!

I think this would be very nice… I was going to stop by his ward when he’s out of intensive care to say hello and give him some grapes! 
Whilst this has been horrific its fantastic to see how much everyone cares and it really does show how tightknit the biker community is…

Thats a good idea for those of us who cant get to Bm or the Ace in the near future, and as Kml said its great the way the community rallies round at times like this even though you may never have met the person, I thinks its because we ARE bikers and it reminds us how vulnerable we all are even though we will argue, joke and take the mickey at the end off the day I like to think we are all there for each other, whether to buy a cuppa, have chinwag, go on rideouts and just be decent people
will the card be making it to the ace as well ? I will try and make it to bmm but rockerchicks got my bike till i get hers back on the road .

unfortunately I have an evening class every Wednesday, i can make it for about 21:00ish afterwards though

just a note that john may be moved fairly soon so don’t send the card till we get confirmation of where he’s going to be. I live up near ace so if you want it can take it up there from BM after about 8ish.

That would be the best for me also. Not at BM tonight.
looks like i’ll be leaving BM around 9-9:15 then up to ace to see if anyone is still about. If not i can pop up to ace on friday with the card.
