A black unmarked Honda Blackbird was hiding in High Roding today

A black unmarked Police Honda Blackbird was hiding in High Roding today (B184 between Gt. Dunmow & Leaden Roding). He stopped a BCR member to advise him that standing up whilst overtaking other vehicles was not the best thing to be doing… Happily, the cop dealt with it as we’d hope plod would. So well done him on 2 counts. One mounting his obbo in the restricted zone, and two treating the matter with sense (I know that when we hear about plod being heavy handed when it shouldn’t be necessary that we dont get hear about the rider/driver they’ve stopped acting the goat and bringing sh1t on themselves). But careful out there!

sadly did’nt get out far today cos bike was playing up on the lanes so turned back home:crazy:

nowt wrong with stand up racing:rolleyes:

wasnt me or paulblack near there so ya ok

A good example of why you proper copper is always going to be better than some bloody camera.

Right place, right time. Common sense bollocking. Biker thinking twice, next time? Still got a licence.

Result, I’d say.

Absolutely - prefer to get a good reason for why I shouldn’t be riding at a certain speed/style from a biker copper than losing my licence to some bloody indiscriminate camera.

Aint-that-the-truth!

Mind you, if half the people on LB knew who the rider was, they’d prolly wish he got strung up!

You’re such a tease George;) Think I might be on the same wavelength!!!

Do I detect that this post started with a confession?

nah just some mad-dog wona-be acting the fool

what this over tard dont realise is that riding like a fool takes lots of practice & time:D

this over rider thinks he’s got the skills

Agreed. And that’s why I didn’t buy another SM when mine was stolen. Just knew I’d lose my licence.

However. Bandito and I have a cunning plan…

Nah, I can just about ride my bike is it is, without standing up on it…that’d be stunting for me!

Yeah, but thats just how you like it!:stuck_out_tongue: Now, lets get back to biking?

I heard today that this incident made the local papers! the copper concerned was apparently commended for not knicking the perp?

Phuck-my-old-boots!

Woow made the news. Everyone be on the look out for chopper coppers tho, India 99

“we need to make more of an impact on motorcycle accidents” seems a tad inappropriate somehow. Bet they think we’re^H^H^H^H^H you’re all hooligans with nice manners in Dunmow now lol

:w00t: BCR / LB moving up in the world :w00t:

Yeah, more fecking sh1t brought The BCR/Londonbikers way. Yet again, I had a hand in it? The perp in this article is the same ninney that got barred from LB for starting that sh1t on the 2 BCR threads (one of which was BCR Rules by-the-lovely-Hels) that got deleted by the mods at the end of August. I say I had a hand in it cause I was the one that introduced him to LB and The BCR!

Sorry everyone!:frowning:

Bless my socks LB’s name is in print!

All praise the BCR

REALLY ?!!
He always gave the impression that HE was the BCR stalwart !!
Hey ho !
