Couldn’t sleep last week so went for a ride into London and stuck the camera on for the journey home.
Just under 4 minutes of high quality video, of the journey home ( London’s landmarks are pointed out ) speeded up about 500 times, set to “Halcyon” by Orbital.
No crazy speeds but 70Mph in London at 5am on the Embankment is a dream. The sudden slowdowns and hard braking are for speed camera ( you’ll see the lines painted on the roads ), the scene in the tunnel was nice as the BMW wanted to race so I shot off, then slammed on as I got to the speed camera, shooting past me he went and FLASH that’ll be nice ban for doing about 90Mph in a 40Mph zone… These boys they see a yellow bike and want to race .
It’s 31Meg and in widescreen quicktime format, so right clicky “save as” & Enjoy
That is sooo fcukin cool, brilliant video. I know just about all those roads, apart from the last bit in Stratford so bought a little smile to my face.
Been wanting to do one myself for ages, just the inspiration I need - don’t know about 5am though
Seen it already, and love it! Quite original with the sped-up view of London, works really well with the soundtrack as well. Gives me a few ideas Thanks Lee!
it’s just a standard Bullet Cam , with the normal lense on it ( the wide angle really messes with your head ) …
Used to do a lot of car racing, so using the bullet cam and editing it is pretty second nature now, i just need better footage of some track stuff, and thats where YOU boys and girls come in .
Great vid. Just hope you posted it on here a few weeks earlier as i was taking some guest sightseeing, this vid would have saved me a lot of time and money.
I got a 2 cam system so I can switch while on the move from front to back. Not had it long, still practicing but getting there. Got some vid action from road and track that shall become available when I get my proper web site up and running. Just got to learn to edit and stuff now.
