3am ride

I’m going for a 3am ride cause it’s the best time to be in london. that’s all folks:cool:

where and when!? i cant sleep for **** at the moment:w00t:

i’ll leave home about 3 no plans really just not east london.

Done it a few times on New Years Eve Eve in my car. It’s great coz there’s no traffic anywhere. All you need to look out for is the pi55ed up pedestrians.

Always fun playing in the tunnels although we did find a broken down car in the Limehouse Link :w00t:

Take care and have fun

Nice one Viggen! you’ll have it all too yourself mate!

Very atmospheric and groovy zooming about London late at night - like being in a film or some thing

awesome, done it myself quite a few times, excellent on a summers morning as dawn breaks. it’s amazing the ground you can cover when no one else is around. I liked doing the bridges.

shando

watch out round the city , thay have a stupid habit of washing the roads …and it’s wet just when you least expect it

go down to the coast , we have done it a couple of times now …portsmouth a few weeks back and brighton after leaving the ace on friday …

and all the twats in cars are in bed

After extensive research over the last 2 months of riding home from work in the early hours of the morning, I can honestly say that this city has a lot more grin-factor to offer between 4am and 6am!
Only problem is that by the time I get back to south-east London, I’m so wide awake from the adrenaline! Only time you’ll get from Hampstead to Surrey Quays in 24 minutes though! :w00t:

Just got home in one piece which is a result!:hehe: i managed to spot 5! foxes 4 scooters and 2 cars that were trying to race me. must reconfirm my previous view night riding is the best london is so damn empty!

i did a trip to southend once at 4am! in time for the sunrise!

most places are great at stupid o’clock in the morning, even my own personal racetrack er motorway is usually empty, and the country roads even better as you can see if anything coming, and can use different lines ie all the road, just watch out for deers/badgers etc

Yeah - that’s always in the back of my mind tanking it at stupid o’ clock in the morning - that’s the time they cross the roads to move from one area to the next and they are totally unpredictable.

or they just stand there !!! giving you a chance to test ya brakes n undercrackers

pussy:D

ain’t no pussy man you should have seen those foxes giving me the stare down the the middle of the road. i had to give them the v twin roar to get them running!

lol!!

Before I got promoted I used to do 7 nights a month on the alarm response and sometimes in the summer getting that early morning call on a confirmed alarm so had a CAD number incase I got stopped (“I understand you have to get there mate, just don’t take the pi$$”) is basically the best laugh you can have on a bike around London.

Been a while since I’ve done that now…maybe have to do it for fun soon…maybe a V-Twin night run

don’t worry i’m working on it baffles in though if you have them. open to anyone that wants to come too

sounds good…only prob is they will hear us coming from miles away!!i dont do them erm baffle thingys…

i don’t even own baffles:P
