Right idea but I still reckon that’s about 500,000 too few, in London alone.
Not one sod in this town gives a damm. I reckon that until the heavies come out and confiscate phones AND cars, and stop with this damm stupid “slap on the wrist and 3 points” ooh have that ducky pathetic nonsense, they are never going to give a damm either.
I’m not advocating the death penalty or anything, but its a bit pointless publicising all this stuff when its blatantly NOT being adhered or stopping people from using their phones.
I am not surprised that people still do it. We all speed even though we know we will get a fine and points, its the same for driving with a phone. As long as you can get away with it, you will.
As for the cheese sarnie, I can see it now on the insurance renewal!
