i ride santa cruz, gt and intense, had a ride on a giant glory down hill bike in wales,
i will ask my mate if he can sort me sumin out,
I love hardtails and Trek has the best feel for me but sadly they arent making 2007 models anymore and the 2008 models aren’t out yet. I hate waiting, thought I would see if I could get a sneak peak and maybe try another company.

The Trek aluminum series is my fave, I was thinking 6000, 6500, or 8000. They are all nice bikes but aren’t available right now. I have a Reign X0 which I love but I get exhausted if I ride fast trails for a few days, I’m in the market for a disc hardtail <$1200.
I had a Chameleon frame which I set-up but that was a pricey journey and don’t want to do that again until I’m back from the Peace Corps.
how about scott? high octane?
