You’re not the first to suggest Renthals, but apparently they will turn me into a complete lunatic! After getting these b*ggers on (hand guards), I’m leaving well alone for a while! 
takes more than a set of bars to turn you into a lunatic!
trust me (and others). they are so much better than the stock bars. wider for better counter steering, better position giving you a little more presence over your front end and the ‘stance’ they give you, gives better road presence (or so i like to think).
the only thing really to consider is after all the grief you had with the stock bars, you could’ve just bought renthals in the first place and saved yourself a lot of hassle! 
renthals - every hornet should have a set (also aftermarket can, k&n filter, stage 1 or 2 dyno and a 45+ tooth rear sprocket)
