Dudley Wins to Clinch Runner-Up in GP3 Championship at Dramatic Finale

Adam Dudley has clinched second position overall in the inaugural Thundersport GP3 Championship held over last weekend at Donington Park and Mallory Park, respectively. Riding the Fireplace Warehouse Honda RS125, Dudley was in sparkling form all weekend, taking two podiums on the Saturday at Donington Park, followed up by a memorable win on the Sunday at Mallory Park, the latter seeing him overhaul Tom Weedon to be runner-up in the Championship to series winner Ed Rendell.

Mixed Fortunes for Dudley at Pembrey

Adam Dudley, once again riding for The Fireplace Warehouse, achieved a mixed set of results aboard his Honda RS125 in round ten of the Thundersport GP3 series at Pembrey last weekend. Dudley took advantage of the Friday practice day, in an attempt to gain valuable set up information and circuit knowledge. In the process, he elected to change the rear shock absorber, and made the switch to Bridgestone tyres, which improved the corner speed, and left him happy with his day’s work, and confident for the weekend. Over the two qualifying sessions held during Saturday, Dudley improved his times, resulting in him being placed 4th, on the outside of the front row.
