First Day Of Testing In Jerez For Alice Team

Alice Team has stepped on the Spanish circuit in Jerez de la Frontera for the first day of Official Test. Toni Elias has registered interesting lap times while his team mate, Sylvain Guintoli, has found some difficulties during the day. Temperature was over twenty degrees and allowed all the MotoGP riders to work without complications. Tomorrow, from 2.05pm, the MotoGP Official Test will start with a BMW Z3 M as award.

Positive Last Day Of Test For The Alice Team

The Alice Team riders Toni Elias and Sylvain Guintoli sensibly improved theirs best lap time in the last day of winter testing on the Phillip Island circuit. Since the first laps both riders have registered interesting performances. In the final hours of the day, both Toni and Sylvan, have tried some qualifying Bridgestone tyres that allowed them to improve their respective best lap time even more. The Alice Team leaves the Australian circuit satisfied of the work done, ready for the IRTA Test in Jerez de la Frontera which will be next February 16th, 17th and 18th.

Rain Limits Second Day Of Testing For Alice Team

The second day of testing at the Phillip Island circuit, in Australia, has been characterized by the rain which was present during all morning and has limited the Alice Team riders’ work. Only in the late afternoon the track was completely dry allowing Toni and Sylvain to continue the development of their Ducati Desmosedici GP8 Sat. Tomorrow last day of work for the Alice Team before the Official IRTA Test in Jerez in mid February.

Tech 3 Yamaha Completes 2007 Line-Up With Sylvian Guintoli

The Tech 3 Team is pleased to announce that the Yamaha-Dunlop project will continue in 2007 with a two-rider line-up. After signing Makoto Tamada last week, Tech 3 Yamaha has completed its 2007 squad with the addition of French 250cc rider and current Tech 3 test rider Sylvain Guintoli.
