Former TT winner Richard ‘Milky’ Quayle has been appointed by the Department of Tourism and Leisure to act as Riders Representative for the 2006 Isle of Man TT Races. Richard retired from racing in 2003 bringing to an end a career which saw him win the TT in only his second year in 2002 as well as three Manx Grand Prix races and one Ulster Grand Prix. He was appointed to act as Rider Liaison Officer for the 2005 TT Races, and due to ongoing restructuring of the TT organisation, his role will change in terms of title and responsibilities.
