	Haslam Swaps His Ducati For An RAF Tornado 16 September 2007 Leon Haslam had the most exciting ride of his life today when he was given a flight in a Tornado at RAF Marham in Norfolk. The British Superbike star, who is currently 3rd in the championship, was taken on the 1 hour 40 minute ride by Squadron Leader Jez Holmes. Leon was pushed to the edge with the tornado reaching speeds of 600mph. A very excited Leon said afterwards, “To experience travelling at 600mph just 150 feet above the ground was absolutely amazing.
