Alice Team Ready For The First MotoGP Season

Sunday March 9th, in Qatar, the Alice Team adventure will begin in the 2008 MotoGP World Championship season. The new structure that will compete with the Ducati Desmosedici GP8 Sat and Bridgestone tyres has completed its winter testing on the Losail International circuit, in Doha, last Friday, preparing in the best way possible for this particular race. In fact, for the first time in the history of the MotoGP World Championship, the race will be held at night under an impressive floodlight system, supported by 44 Pramac generators, co-owner of the Team.

Franco Morbidelli Young Promising Rider For The Future Of Pramac D’Antin Team

His name is Franco Morbidelli, he will be 12 years-old in December. He’s part of a new project of Pramac D’Antin MotoGP Team. Paolo Campinoti and Luis D’Antin decided to invest on him for the future. The agreement between the parts has been reached today at Valencia, where is taking place the last round of the 2006 MotoGP World Championship. The young promising rider will be managed with the aim of bringing him to the premier-class of the World Championship. Morbidelli, born in Rome but living in Babbucce (Province of Pesaro, Italy), is coming from the races of minibikes. In 2005, he won the “Assoluti d’Italia”, the selections of the Regional Championship and he was Italian Vice-Champion in the Junior B class. He made some practice with the 125GP during the 2006 season and is a really promising rider.

Pramac And D’antin Confirmation Agreement For Next Season In The World Championship

The main men behind the Pramac D’Antin bond, Paolo Campinoti and Luis D’Antin have recently signed an important agreement which will see the D’Antin MotoGP team become an integral part of the Pramac Group. This new strategy is designed to strengthen the working relationship between the two parties and push the team up the MotoGP grid.

Alex Barros With The Team Pramac D'Antin Next Season!

The Team Pramac D’Antin MotoGP has reached an agreement with Alex Barros to take part in the 2007 MotoGP World Championship. Next season, when the 800cc bikes will take the place of the 990cc powered machines in the premier-class, the fast Brazilian rider will have at his disposal the new Ducati Desmosedici GP7 that already showed to have a good potential during the first tests.

Points Once Again For Pramac D’Antin's Alex Hofmann At Sepang

Alex Hofmann finished 15th after a difficult race where he gave, as always, his maximum. The German rider once again finished with a points paying position. Jose Luis Cardoso, after a hard and hot day, finished 17th with his Ducati Desmosedici GP06 “Sat”. Both Pramac D’Antin Riders suffered from a lack of grip that hindered their performance. The next race will be in Australia at the Phillip Island circuit in just one week, on the 17th of September.
