Metropolis Motorcycles Becomes A Kawasaki Dealer

Kawasaki Motors UK is pleased to announce the appointment of a new dealer to cover Central and South Eastern London. Metropolis motorcycles has been catering for the needs of London’s rapidly expanding motorcycling and commuting community for over 15 years. Metropolis will offer the entire Kawasaki road bike range alongside servicing and after-sales support from its impressive 10,000 square foot landmark showroom at the busy Vauxhall Cross site. Riders from South East London will also have their own local store with the addition of the Metropolis Motorcycles, Greenwich branch as a further Kawasaki franchised dealership.

Kawasaki Top August Sales Charts

Kawasaki has dominated August motorcycle registrations with top selling machines across four different categories. According to the latest Motor Cycle Industry Association registration statistics, the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R, Z750, Versys and just released 2008 1400GTR all topped the charts as the best selling bike in their respective categories. In the Supersport arena, the 599cc Ninja ZX-6R celebrated its second month as top bike, while the recently introduced 1400GTR Sports Tourer stole top spot in the touring category for the first time.
