Elias & Guintoli Full of Confidence After Barcelona Test
20 June 2008
Weather conditions haven’t surely helped the test done on the Montmelò circuit, in Barcelona, last Monday and Tuesday, but despite this the Alice Team riders, Toni Elias and Sylvain Giuntoli, are trustful to be able to fight for better positions in the next world championship appointment at Donington, England. The two riders, in fact, have sensibly improved their best lap time registered durin the race on the same circuit by a second, finding interesting solutions to use in the next races. The Spanish rider is looking for redemption after the distraction in his home race, in Barcelona, where he didn’t see the “jump start” sign and therefore disqualified. His teammate, Sylvain Guintoli, will have many motivations to do well also because the English circuit is really close to where he lives, not even thirty-minute drive.

Elias in Eighth at The Pramac GP of China
04 May 2008
The fourth 2008 MotoGP race started with uncertain track condition. The asphalt has completely dried out a few minutes before the start of the Pramac Grand Prix of China, where the Alice Team riders have respectively started from fifteenth and fourteenth position. Guintoli has done better than his team-mate at the beginning maintaining the thirteenth position until the eighteenth lap when he lost two position and concluded in fifteenth. The opposite has done Toni Elias, who in the sixth lap was in seventeenth position, but after a few laps the Spanish rider found the right rhythm which allowed him to come back and finish the race in eight position. A pity for the not so happy start, seen Toni has registered the fifth fastest lap in the race, not too far from the fastest. A sensible step forward for the Catalan rider who hopes to keep growing in two weeks time, on May 18th, when there will be the Alice Grand Prix of France.

Second Consecutive Race For Pramac D’Antin Team
26 June 2007
Concluded the eight race at Donington Park, Pramac d’ Antin Team moves to Holland to face the second consecutive North European appointment, that represents the ninth world championship MotoGP round. This time too, it will not be a simple race for the Pramac d’Antin guys who should compete one more time in a very technical track, surely not so easy from the set-up point of view, even though the Ducati Desmosedici demonstrated to be competitive in every kind of track. Another point of advantage could be the Bridgestone tires that last year proved to be able to reach the podium.
