Visitors Move Up A Gear For The New

Over 8,400 racing drivers, karters and motorsport enthusiasts attended the first London Motorsport Show, held at ExCeL London on Saturday and Sunday 9/10 December. Incorporating the well-established London Kart Show (formerly held at Sandown Park), the new element attracted twice as many visitors as the 2005 show.

Motor racing enthusiasts, novices and professionals will come together at the new London Motorsport Show, held on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 December at London's ExCeL, to celebrate all disciplines of motorsport. Incorporating the well established London Kart Show, the new element expands on the popular kart racing to include rally driving, saloons and single-seater racers.

The organisers of the London Motorsport Show are confident that their first show at ExCeL London (9-10 December 2006) will exceed all their expectations, with interest high and stand space selling strongly. The show represents affordable motorsport. Visitors can expect to see exhibitors from all the entry-level disciplines, including karting, single-seaters, racing saloons and rallying, as well as some exotic race machinery.

London Motorsport Show Forms Marketing Partnership With Racecarsdirect.com

The well-established and recently re-launched RacecarsDirect website (owned and managed by Mike Walters) and the inaugural London Motorsport Show (owned and organised by Philip Bunn) have agreed a joint marketing campaign to increase awareness of their respective motor sport activities. Branding for each company will appear on all advertising and promotional activities running up to the end of December 2006.
