Team Suzuki Swift rider, Brad Anderson, was back to podium form at the weekend as the Maxxis British Motocross Championship returned to the famous Foxhill circuit near Swindon in Wiltshire.

Nunn Takes Victory At Whitby

In a break from their normal schedule, Suso MVR-D riders Carl Nunn and Jason Dougan, took part in the DEP two-stroke series held at Whitby in Yorkshire at the weekend, with Nunn taking the RM250 to an impressive overall victory on the day. With both riders more accustomed to the four-stroke Suzuki power of their MVR-D machines, it would be a return to roots as Dougan competed on the RM125 and Nunn back on a 250 two-stroke for the first time in four years.

World Motocross Championship – Mallory Park

The World’s best Motocross riders are due to hit British shores on the weekend of the 31st May/1st June for round six of the FIM World Motocross Championships. The event is to be staged for the first time at the very central Mallory Park Circuit, Leicestershire. After months of planning the new track is now completed in preparation for the top MX riders to come and demonstrate their skills and talents and prove why they are at the elite of the elite in their sport. There will be entertainment for all the family, a beer tent plus live bands will be performing alongside a huge fun fair to meet the requirements of all the fans that are set to attend the two day meeting.

Solid Results For Dougan at Desertmartin

Team Fork Rent Suzuki rider Jason Dougan enjoyed another weekend of solid racing, as the Maxxis British Motocross Championship moved across the Irish sea to Desertmartin in Northern Ireland. Following a good qualifying session that left Dougan fourth fastest, the RM-Z250 rider left the gate in race one with plenty of work to do. Fighting back from 16th position on lap-one, Jason moved through the pack on the shortened circuit, passing riders in every corner including Carl Nunn in the final stages to cross the line just off the podium in fourth place.

Jason Dougan Scores World Top-Ten Debut

Fork Rent Suzuki rider Jason Dougan was out to impress on the World stage at the weekend, as he and teammate Jake Nicholls rode strongly throughout, scoring a top-ten finish along the way.

Jason Dougan Fired Up For World MX Season Opener

The British and World Motocross (MX) Championships’ rising star, Jason “Dougie” Dougan, is fired up for this weekend’s opening round of the 2006 World MX Championship at the Grand Prix of Flanders (Zolder circuit) in Belgium. The nineteen year old from Portsmouth, riding in the MX2 class on a 250cc 4-stroke for the Bury St Edmunds based RWJ Honda Racing team, is no stranger to the motocross scene having ridden motocross bikes since he was three and working his way up through the competitive racing ranks since the age of nine.
