21 August 2008
Team CLS Kawasaki won French MX2 championship when Steven Frossard won the last round in Lacapelle Marival. Involved in the MX1 class, Gregory Aranda ended the series on the podium in third position. Coming to Lacapelle Marival with a strong lead after his successive wins in Villars sous Ecot and Gaillac Toulza, Steven arrived in Lacapelle with some pressure. He passed Boissière, his last rival for the title and came second behind Tarroux, and then took the lead of the race. Kawasaki's Pourcel Misses First Victory
24 April 2007
Christophe Pourcel missed a first win of the season in Agueda after he crashed while leading the second heat of the Portuguese Grand Prix. Despite some heavy rain on Friday evening and fog this morning - that forced the organizers to postpone the warm up - the weather has been perfect in Agueda for the third round of fifteen in the series. The track was demanding and the conditions were difficult for the riders, with warm temperatures and high humidity but the racing was once more again in both classes.
