The average attendance for a three day grand prix weekend in 2007 was 129,050. Last year 132,435 fans attended the British Grand Prix at Donington with a race day crowd of 84,785. The British round of the World Championship was staged at the TT races on the Isle of Man until 1976. Donington Park has staged the British Grand Prix since 1987. A total of 3,569 hours was broadcast from the 18 grands prix in 2007. A total of 207 countries were reached by MotoGP broadcasts and the live TV signal was received by 184 countries. A staggering 337 million homes were reached by cable, satellite and TV networks.
