For 2009 Embassy will once again be entering two riders in the British Supersport Championship and will be hoping to build on their amazing success this year with wildcard entries in several World Supersport rounds. The team has announced that recent meetings with Triumph have confirmed that the British factory will be represented in the BSB paddock for a further year by Embassy Racing. The team will be holding tests over the winter to determine who will partner the already confirmed Glen Richards as the second rider on the all-new Triumph Daytona 675’s. However, the teams junior superstock rider AJ Venter will be given an opportunity to prove himself on a supersport machine before the end of the season in the hope of snatching the coveted second Embassy supersport ride.
