CIA Insurance Encourages Customers to Carry Out an HPI Check

CIA Insurance is offering its customers a unique service – a direct link to HPI for a history check when buying any second-hand motorcycle. CIA Insurance has joined up with HPI, whose database allows you to research the background of the machine you are planning on buying to check if it has outstanding finance, is registered as stolen, or has been written-off. The check also provides you with the vehicle description (as registered with the DVLA) and advice on how to buy a bike safely.
