Dyno Shoot-Out Competition at Ace Cafe London

Throughout 2009, Ace Cafe London will be hosting a Dyno Shoot-Out competition with Urbane Performance on specified dates, commencing on Friday 24th April from 6pm -11pm, through to Ton Up Day on Sunday 15th November 2009, when the winners will be announced and awards presented. With six categories, ranging from 400cc and under, to 1000cc and over, each owner who puts their machine through a Dyno Test with Urbane Performance will automatically be entered into the competition. There will be a winner and runner up in each category, based on top speed and BHP output, plus an overall winner for top speed.

As the contest enters its sixth year, the e-reporter initiative continues to provide students from across Europe with invaluable journalistic experience, also helping finalists to establish long-term careers in the media. In 2009, Bridgestone will give 11 finalists, chosen by an international panel of judges, the opportunity to attend a MotoGP or GP2 Series race weekend. Whilst on-event the finalists will be able to interview top riders and drivers, writing articles that will be published on the Bridgestone website.

Sheffield Kickstarts the 2009 World Championship

The annual Dirt Bike Show is once again set to be another spectacular and successful one for the show organisers, Promoto. Now in its ninth year, the Dirt Bike Show staged at Stoneleigh Park, Coventry is looking forward to opening its doors to the public and putting on another fantastic display. This year there will be over 50 display stands, including 12 specialist bike and quad manufacturers, with more than 66 retail stands in the Hall 3 Retail Zone.
