Saxon Motorcycles Europe Launches New Model
2 Days ago
Saxon Motorcycles Europe launches her new European model at the European Bike Week in Austria: the Henchman. The Henchman is a slightly villainous, “hard-core” bike with a twinch of the dark side. It combines the looks of a classic old school chopper, but is built with modern technology. It is a new “oldschool”, a no-nonsense bike presenting a beautiful style of the old days, but with the comfort and quality of today.

Yamaha Stars Roll Back The Years at Spa
10 July 2008
There are few more historic and scenic motorsport circuits in the world than Spa Francorchamps, situated in the depths of southern Belgium. The venue was an appropriate setting for the 2008 Bikers’ Classics, an event attended and enjoyed by 40,000 people over three days that saw a glittering and nostalgic array of machinery and former world champions, Grand Prix victors and racers from a by-gone era turn back the clock. The Bikers’ Classics is unique and nowhere is there such a gathering of motorcycles and riders able to offer such a splendid visual reminiscence of a very different racing age. From the immaculate gleam of the restored and preserved engines to the black leathers and the polished ‘pudding bowl’ helmets, Spa seemed to revel in the echo of the past and brought ‘black and white’ images to life for new generations.

New World Records At Birmingham Bike Sale - Ceiling Raised For Both 500cc Manx Norton And Seeley
08 November 2006
H&H achieved two new world motorcycle sale records at last Saturday’s (November 4) auction at the National Motorcycle Museum, Birmingham – their third global record in successive sales. Last time out they raised the ceiling for 350cc Manx Nortons to a tad under £24,750. Now they’ve smashed the price barrier for the 500cc-engined versions, leaving it at almost £32,000. There was certainly some determined bidding for this nicely presented 1961 example. It had been restored some 15 years ago and sported an engine built by Manx maestro Ray Petty, and loud applause rightly broke out as the hammer finally fell.
