FIM Supermoto Grand Prix of Spain Coming!

Valladolid will host its very first FIM SuperMoto Grand Prix this weekend, in what has been predicted like the hottest weekend of the season with temperatures around 30 degrees Celsius. S1 series leader Thierry Van Den Bosch of Aprilia Off Road is all ready to face this Gran Premio de España Ciudad de Valladolid, as this represents a sort of second home Grand Prix for the Frenchman living in Andorra.

FIM Supermoto Grand Prix of Europe

An almost new course is attending the FIM and UEM SuperMoto Championship riders at Castelletto di Branduzzo, the venue of this weekend’s GP of Europe which is the second of both series. In the S1 class Aprilia Off Road’s Thierry Van Den Bosch leads the pack but he had to face a strong opposition since the season opened in Torino. KTM Italia Miglio’s Bernd Hiemer is right on his tail, with both the Frenchman and the German being level in points. Castelletto might be the chance for Husqvarna CH Racing’s Thomas Chareyre to close in on the leading duo, as the youngster aims at collecting his maiden World Title one year after he took his first ever GP win (Torino 2007).

Delepine In Awesome Shape For Italian Round

While the Husqvarna Enduro Ch Racing team was racing in Slovakia, the Husqvarna Supermotard CH Racing team was present in Jesolo for the 5th round of the Italian Championship. Factory rider Gerald Delepine showed up on the track in awesome shape and, as consequence, the rider got both races podium on Sunday without making any extra effort. Delepine is now leader of the S2 class provisional classification with 228 points at only one race to the end.

Ducati Xerox Team Gear Up For High-speed Monza Battle

Ducati Xerox Team riders Troy Bayliss and Lorenzo are gearing up for this weekend's high-speed thrash around the legendary Autodromo di Monza on the outskirts of Milan. After a shaky start to the season both riders are now on more firmer ground and from the Monza round onwards Troy and Lorenzo will be setting their sights on being permanent front-runners to boost their championship positions.

Bosch Partner Of Ducati In Superbike

Bosch will be the partner of Ducati for the Superbike World Championship 2007. During the three Italian legs of the championship, which the team from Bologna won in 2006, the innovations and promotions for Bosch's Professional Power Tools line will be presented. The circuits of Monza (10-13 May), Misano (14-17 June) and Vallelunga (27-30 September) will play host to exhibitors and demonstration tests via which the German company will make its products known to the public, who can also test them. In addition, Bosch, with its range of Lithium battery tools for professional users, will be present with its gazebo and an inflatable stand with test stations during World Ducati Week, to be held in Misano (28 June -1 July).
