BOS Race Style Silencer For Honda CB600F Hornet

BOS exhausts of the Netherlands have created a beautifully crafted ‘shorty’ race-style silencer for the 2007 Honda CB600F Hornet. Honda positioned the OE (Original Equipment) low-slung exhaust system under the engine for enhanced mass centralisation and sharper handling, with a prominent triangular exhaust pipe emerging by the swing arm.

BOS Silencers For Honda CBR600-RR & Yamaha R1 ’07

BOS exhausts of the Netherlands have introduced aftermarket silencers for two of the most popular 2007 model sports bikes, the Honda CBR600-RR and Yamaha R1. Both are styled to enhance the appearance of the machines and deliver a more aggressive exhaust note in a road-legal package. BOS has been manufacturing exhausts since 1965 and uses the absorption type of silencer, which produces a distinctive sound without breaking strict European noise limits. Every silencer is specially designed for the make and model of motorcycle, with its own specific inside diameter tube, length and damping material. BOS pioneered removable ‘dB eaters’ 10 years ago and this design concept has been adopted by most of the leading exhaust manufacturers.

New Silencer For Honda CBR125R

BOS, the Dutch performance exhaust specialists, have introduced a light alloy silencer for the UK’s best selling learner motorcycle, the Honda CBR125R. These high quality silencers are handmade in the BOS factory in south-west Holland, where they have over 30 years experience of exhaust technology. It weighs just 1.6kg, which is almost 50% lighter than the original item (2.9kg). In spite of the low weight, this item is E-marked and fully road legal.

New Silencer For Triumph Daytona 675

BOS, the Dutch silencer specialists, have developed a stunning stainless steel slip-on can for the Triumph Daytona 675 that is less than half the weight of the original item, boosts power and delivers a sportier exhaust note. The good news is that it is also E-marked and fully road legal. This high quality pipe is manufactured from stainless steel in the BOS factory in the West of Holland, where they have over 30 years experience of exhaust technology. It weighs just 3kg, so it is 3.4kg lighter than the factory fitted unit. BOS supply the silencer complete with fittings that utilise the original mounting points plus a neat and compact number plate bracket to finish the job properly.

New BOS Exhausts For 2006 GSX-R600 & R6

BOS have introduced a brace of silencers to enhance the looks and performance of the latest generation of supersports machines. Owners of the new Suzuki GSXR600 and 750 can replace the stubby stock silencer with a small oval type that is only 300mm long. It has been designed to be mounted without the need for a bracket on the silencer, thanks to a neat bracket attched to the adapter pipe.

BOS Silencers for Triumph Speed Triple 1050

Dutch exhaust specialists BOS have developed a stunning street-legal silencer for the Triumph Speed Triple that is nearly half the weight of the factory fitted units. Available in either aluminium or carbon fibre, the BOS silencers weigh 5KG and 5.3 KG respectively for the pair, which is between 49% and 46% lighter than the stock items. Yet they are e-marked for road use and close inspection reveals that quality has not been compromised.

BOS GP-1 High Mount Silencers for GSX-R1000K5

The distinctively shaped GP-1 sport silencer from Dutch exhaust specialists BOS offers riders a road legal way to improve the looks and performance of their machines and is now available with a high mount race bracket. Slip-on models of the GP-1, such as this, feature a new conical shaped adapter piece that connects to the BOS adapter pipe for a tidy and simple fit. BOS has a well-earned reputation for attention to detail and this shows in the high quality finish; the tail pipes are specially TIG welded and all the fittings are made of stainless steel, which is highly polished by hand.
