TOP-5 Starts For Shift Motul Suzuki

Team Shift Motul Suzuki claimed fifth place in both the Pro Open and Pro Lites classes at the weekend's opening round of the 2007 Australian Supercross Masters Championship at Wayville Showgrounds, Adelaide. Fresh from his New Zealand Supercross Championship victory, Luke Burkhart was on the pace from the outset of the evening and kept his RM-Z450 among the front runners throughout his two qualifying heats to progress smoothly into the Superpole to determine the Pro Open Final starting positions.

Suzuki Chases Double SX Crown

In an all-out assault on the 2007 Australian Supercross Championship, Team Shift Motul Suzuki is on the hunt for the double crown in the Pro Open and Pro Lites classes. In the Pro Open class, the Shift Motul Suzuki outfit will field a two-pronged assault with newly-crowned New Zealand Supercross Champion, Luke Burkhart and Supercross specialist Danny Ham.

Burkhart Advances Despite Injury

Team Shift Motul Suzuki rider Luke Burkhart made up ground in the Australian Supercross Masters Championship despite being injured in round four at Sydney’s Acer Arena on Saturday night. Burkhart suffered a wrist injury during practice and battled valiantly through the evening’s proceedings to climb from fifth into fourth place in the overall championship standings.

Hurley Extends Series Lead

Team Shift Motul Suzuki rider, Daryl Hurley racked up a second-place finish in round two of the Australian Motocross Nationals Championship and almost doubled his series points lead at Gilman this weekend. Holding 51 championship points, Hurley headed into the round with a 13-point advantage, scoring fifth and first in the day’s two motos that gave the New Zealander second overall and extended his margin to a massive 25 points over second place.

Hurley Grabs Australian Mx Lead For Team Suzuki

Team Shift Motul Suzuki’s Daryl Hurley annihilated the competition to seal a dominant win in the opening round of the Australian Motocross Nationals Championship at Wanneroo today. Scoring back to back victories in Western Australia following last week’s Supercross Masters round win, Hurley qualified fastest and then outclassed his rivals in the two 30-minute motos.

Hurley Takes 1st Win On RM-Z450

Team Shift Motul Suzuki’s Daryl Hurley won the second round of the Australian Supercross Masters at Perth’s Claremont Showground at the weekend. Newly-mounted on the RM-Z450 machine, Hurley scored its first four-stroke victory in the Pro Open class of the 2006 Supercross Masters.
