Bardney road-racer Ivan Lintin was competing at the Bush Road Races in Ireland at the weekend where he notched up two strong finishes, sixth in the 250cc class and 10th in the open class.
 
On a familiar track Lintin completed his qualifying in the dry to claim a second row start to his 250cc race the following day. But a heavy downpour of rain left the track surface damp and slippery for the start of his six-lap race, making any progress forward a dicey affair.
