Yamaha's latest XT660 single cylinder dual purpose bike now gets more 'grunt' thanks to LeoVince's new exhaust set. Full road legal 'E' approved spec - but with removable sound baffles for a superb throaty sound - and the exhausts are setup at the LeoVince factory to run on the bike with or without baffles - and without the need for fuelling mods.
Boosting the stock power from 46bhp up to almost 52bhp, these exhausts also produce an incredible extra 16% torque - which in laymans language means a big hike in the power band from 2600rpm - right up to 7200rpm, the biggest increase being in that much used mid-range 3800-4400 rev band, where the stock power flattens out.
Fitting panniers or side cases? Not a problem. LeoVince designed these exhausts so that original Yamaha cases can be fitted - and no problem with heat or clearances.
LeoVince use their heavy-duty SBK-OVAL silencers to cope with the off-road ability of this bike - full stainless construction, with scotchbrite aluminium casings, and sporting the latest SBK tailcones, stainless connecting pipes and 'Y' piece, race spring attachments and full mounting kit - and all for an all-in price of just £406 inc vat.
