Mark Holland from Rossendale recently became the 3000th person to complete Kawasaki’s online Customer Satisfaction survey. The retail survey invites all Kawasaki customers who have recently bought a new machine, or taken their bike to be serviced or repaired at a franchised Kawasaki dealership, to complete the questionnaire.

Mark bought a new Kawasaki Ninja 250R from Rossendale Kawasaki after they were highly recommended to him by friends.

“Tim at Rossendale was extremely helpful and without any pressure at all to buy, he answered all my questions. When I collected the bike I had a very detailed handover and full explanation of all the controls, checks, features of the bike along with warranty and service details – something I had not experienced from the other bike dealers.

A few days later I received a courtesy call from Rossendale Kawasaki to see how I was getting along or if I had any questions. Tim said if I did need anything to give them a call. This was new to me as they are the only dealer to date that has provided this level of customer care.”

Richard Metcalfe, Kawasaki Motors UK Technical & Customer Service Group Manager, said:

“At Kawasaki our customers’ ownership experience is very important to us and that is why we have created this survey. We want to hear people’s opinions and find out which areas we need to improve, both now and in future. As an incentive, all completed surveys are entered into a quarterly prize draw for £150 worth of Genuine Kawasaki clothing and accessories. To already be achieving 3000 responses is very satisfying – added to the fact that we have one of the highest measured response rates in the industry.”
