Ben Wilson attended the well-supported Boston Bike Night on Thursday where he had his Henderson Yamaha R1 Cup bike and also his own Yamaha R1 National Superstock bike on display.

The Boston rider was inundated with fans all wanting to get a close-up view of the racing bikes and Ben was on hand to answer the many questions that were put to him during the evening.

He also had a pair of tickets to a BSB meeting of the winner’s choice on offer with all monies raised going towards the upkeep of his racing bike to allow him to complete the highly competitive season in National Superstock.

Ben will be holding a fund raising evening on Monday, July 14th at the Four Cross Roads Inn at Frampton Fen, near Boston, where, after a meal of sausage and mash will be followed by an auction and raffle of sporting memorabilia and other highly desirable prizes.

World Supersport rider Chris Walker will be in attendance and has donated a Rizla Suzuki race shirt signed by himself and Cal Crutchlow to be auctioned off during the evening.

Items up for grabs in the auction include:
  • A pair of tickets for any Manchester United home game with seats in one of the hospitality boxes
  • Two tickets to a game of choice at Leicester Tigers
  • A year’s supply of potatoes
  • A round of golf for two people
  • Press kit from the 2008 MotoGP round at Donington Park – signed by the first three riders in each of the three classes.
  • Signed and framed photograph of James Toseland
  • Two tickets for the matinee performance of Grease plus coach to London
  • Limited edition Autosport book
  • World Rally Sweatshirt
  • Binoculars
  • Signed Bradley Smith race shirt
And many more highly desirable items plus a grand raffle.

Please come along and support your local motorcycle racer Ben Wilson, as all funds raised will go towards funding the second half of the season.

Although tickets can be reserved in advance they will also be available on the door on the night at a cost of £5 each.
